Since 2011, Avid Learning has been a longstanding collaborator and supporter of the KGAF. 25 Years of Kala Ghoda Arts Festival
The Kala Ghoda Arts Festival, a vibrant celebration of art and culture, will mark its silver jubilee in 2025, launched in 1999. This festival has grown to become Asia’s largest multidisciplinary street arts festival, held annually in the heart of Mumbai. Thanks to the generous funds from the annual Kala Ghoda Arts Festival, numerous projects have been completed, ensuring that these cultural treasures are preserved for future generations.
Among the notable restorations is the iconic David Sassoon Library, which has undergone meticulous refurbishment to restore its architectural grandeur. The Horiman Circle Garden Pyau has also seen enhancements that respect its historical significance while improving accessibility for visitors. The Mulji Jetha Fountain and Wadia Clock Tower have been revitalized, showcasing their original beauty and functionality. Additionally, important sites like the Bazar Gate Police Station and Keneseth Eliyahoo Synagogue have benefited from careful conservation efforts.
