Because there will be no Green without Blue. SDA Bocconi Asia Centre and Avid Learning present a virtual live panel discussion - Sustainability NOW: Anchoring the Blue Economy. Oceans form a necessary component of our planet’s ecosystem and are a source of life and livelihood for millions around the world. However, they are bearing the brunt of regional mismanagement, increasing urbanisation, global climate change, threatening policies, pollution, overfishing, increasing demand vis-a-vis depletion of resources.

They have been out of sight and out of mind, for quite a long time. As Earth Day nears, to shed light on practices of ocean sustainability, SDA Bocconi Asia Centre and AVID Learning bring to you an exciting live virtual panel discussion. Our esteemed panelists will discuss the need for sustainable practices in the ocean economy, the challenges of its implementation around the globe and the way forward paved by Indian policymakers. Tune into this conversation that will dive deep to unravel the mysteries of the blue economy and the way individuals, organisations and nations are stepping up to safeguard our natural resources.
