Quasar Thakore Padamsee is an Indian theatre director. He studied English Literature at St. Xavier's College in Mumbai. As artistic director of QTP since 1999, he has directed and produced over 20 plays. He also works as a stage manager and lighting designer for various theatre productions.

Ramu Ramanathan is a playwright-director. His plays include 3 SakinaManzil; Collaborators; Comrade Kumbhakarna, Cotton 56 Polyester 84, Jazz, Mahadevbhai; The Boy Who Stopped Smiling and many others. Most of these plays have been performed in India and at international theatre festivals. A collection of eight of his plays has been published by Orient Blackswan in English.
