Details

One of the beauties of art as therapy is the ability of a person to express his/her feelings through the art form. This workshop helps people who face discomfort, anxiety, vision and space issues, shocks, turning points or blockages of any sort as well as people willing to learn about themselves through a fun, creative tool. The idea of self- exploration can often lead a person to some insightful conclusions about themselves. Come express yourself on a piece of paper, get an insight into your creations and see things about yourself that you otherwise may not have comprehended.
