Food Writer and Blogger

Rushina began her food career in 2004, as one of India’s pioneering food writers and bloggers, at a time when the genre was relatively unknown. Today, her blog, A Perfect Bite®, is one of the most popular food blogs in India. In nearly a decade of writing, Rushina has also published numerous articles on gastronomy in a plethora of reputable international publications. As an author, she’s collaborated with some of the biggest names in the food business and is currently working on two book projects of her own. Rushina currently heads A Perfect Bite® Consulting, a premier food-consulting firm that began from modest beginnings supplying food-focused editorial content to traditional print media. Taking the concept of consumer-connect to the next level, Rushina recently launched India’s first home cooking studio – APB Cook Studio! Through the studio, Rushina aims to inspire food-loving patrons to explore and expand their worldview of food.
