This workshop had a central theme of healthy food for kids, wherein children experienced cooking a healthy three course meal- a starter, main course and dessert, at their own cooking stations. Additionally, they also learned more about the ingredients they are using and their benefits from a balanced diet perspective. Also food values, food colours and what they mean.

In nearly a decade of writing, Rushina has also published numerous articles on gastronomy in a plethora of reputable international publications. As an author, she’s collaborated with some of the biggest names in the food business and is currently working on two book projects of her own. Rushina currently heads A Perfect Bite® Consulting, a premier food-consulting firm that began from modest beginnings supplying food-focused editorial content to traditional print media. Taking the concept of consumer-connect to the next level, Rushina recently launched India’s first home cooking studio – APB Cook Studio! Through the studio, Rushina aims to inspire food-loving patrons to explore and expand their worldview of food.
