Design Consultant and Co-Dean at Ecole Inuit Lab, Mumbai, Jamila Varawala has taught design for over 30 years. She created and illustrated four children’s books, including “My Kite”, a curated children's book commissioned by Alliance Francaise and the French Embassy of India in a collaborative partnership with 11 French and Indian artists. In her words, “I find teaching the most rewarding career. Understanding generations and the ever-evolving youth is something that drives me to push my boundaries. Being proactive and initiating new projects is something I look forth to while taking calculated risks. I strongly believe in seeing through every project from start to finish.
