Writing literary non-fiction is always a combination of storytelling and journalism. There are infinite ways to tell a story but often the ones with whodunits and cliffhanger plot twists make the most compelling reads and bestsellers. Avid Learning in association with Juggernaut Books presents The 4th Genre: The Art of Writing Narrative Non-Fiction, an opportunity to explore the limitless challenges of non-fiction writing through a workshop with two of the most exciting voices from the genre. Leading the workshop we have Author, Journalist and Columnist, Bachi Karkaria who will be joined later in the day by Special Guest Speaker Author and Journalist Raghu Karnad. Learn investigative reportage methods on how to discern and depict the truth and learn how to captivate your readers by using compelling, entertaining and engaging writing techniques.
